后路单节段伤椎固定治疗脊柱胸腰段不完全爆裂骨折30例临床观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨后路单节段伤椎固定对脊柱胸腰段不完全爆裂骨折疗效的影响。 方法 选择60例脊柱胸腰段不完全爆裂骨折患者，随机分为两组，各30例，观察组给予单节段固定治疗，对照组给予短节段固定治疗，观察两组临床效果。 结果 两组的术后1周、术后1年伤椎角度、视觉模拟评分均较治疗前明显改善 ( P <0.05)；两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后1周及1年伤椎后凸角度及视觉模拟评分比较差异无统计学意义( P >0.05)。 结论 后路单节段伤椎固定与短节段固定治疗脊柱胸腰段不完全爆裂骨折疗效没有明显差别，近期疗效较好。

【Abstract】 Objective
To investigate the posterior single open-door segmental vertebral fixation on thoracolumbar vertebrae burst fracture effect of incomplete. Methods 60 cases of thoracolumbar vertebrae burst fracture with incomplete, were randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients each, the observation group were given a single segmental fixation in treatment, the control group was given short segment fixation, observe two groups of clinical effect. Results The two groups after 1 weeks, after 1 years of vertebral angle, visual analogue scale than before treatment was significantly improved ( P < 0.05); two groups of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative 1 weeks and 1 year after the injury of the vertebral convex angle and visual analog scale showed no difference between the significance ( P > O.05). Conclusion Posterior segment trauma vertebral fixation and short-segment fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture with incomplete without obvious difference, near future curative effect is better ......
